Information I need:

In order to deal with queries and fulfil orders for running a project, commission, party or to book you onto a class, or for you to purchase a product, I will need to collect basic personal data such as name, email address and telephone number. I may also need your billing and delivery address and details regarding your order/commission/class/product, its cost and method of payment.

This information will be collected either through online means (web/social media), email or telephone.

Why I need your personal information:

This information is essential for me to provide and oversee the service you require. I also need this information to contact you regarding your booking, whether it is a class, commission, party or project.

What I will do with your information:

All the personal data I hold will be processed by me in the UK. However, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, this information is located on servers within the European Union. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law or my contract with you, allows me to do so.

Security:

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect.

Photography permission:

If you attend a workshop, party or class, I will always ask for verbal consent before sharing your photograph on social media platforms or on my website. For those under 18, faces will always be obscured, omitted, blurred out or excluded via camera angle, when being used for advertisement purposes.

My website uses cookies, in the form of Google Analytics, which is GDPR compliant.

Data retention:

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the service you require. The data is generally kept for 7 years, though it may be longer if the business requires.
